Job Description and Qualification for Sales and Marketing Staff
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Staff
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description
1. Sales Responsibilities
- Actively seek new business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
- Prepare and present product/service proposals to potential clients.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
2. Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Manage and update social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content is posted.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, brochures, and other collateral.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
3. Customer Relations
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Administrative Tasks
- Prepare sales and marketing performance reports regularly.
- Update and manage client databases and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop strategies and meet company objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Operations, HR) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles (fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered).
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Analytics).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Competencies:
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and creativity in marketing initiatives.
- Fast learner and adaptable to changes in market trends or company goals.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for business purposes if required.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
