As our HR/Admin Manager, you’ll be a key player in coordinating and driving human resources and administrative strategies that will directly impact the success of our international projects. You will be working in a globally diverse environment, collaborating with professionals from all over the world, and navigating different cultural landscapes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leadership and Strategy: You’ll be the architect of our HR strategy on-site, shaping the way we recruit, retain, and manage our international workforce. From workforce planning to succession planning, your strategic insights will ensure our project is staffed with the best talent.
• Global Compliance and Best Practices: You’ll work hand-in-hand with local and regional HR teams to maintain compliance with international employment laws and corporate policies. Your role ensures that our practices are not only legally sound but also culturally sensitive and effective.
• Employee Relations and Engagement: As the go-to HR professional on the project, you’ll foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing performance, and supporting career development. Your efforts will help create an inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.
• International Mobility: You’ll coordinate all expatriate mobilizations, ensuring smooth transitions for our global talent. This includes overseeing visas, onboarding, and compliance with local regulations, making you a key player in our international operations.
• Operational Excellence: From managing daily HR operations to developing site-specific HR policies, you’ll ensure that all HR and administrative processes run smoothly. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of HR service delivery across the project.
