pengumpulan dan secara reguler, analisa dan penyajian daya, serta pemanfaatan data).<\/li>\n<li>optimalisasi pelaksanaan praktek budidaya pertanian yang baik atau Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) dan Best Management Practice (BMP) berdasarkan kesesuaian lahan untuk peningkatan kualitas Tandan Buah Segar (TBS).<\/li>\n<li>memfasilitasi kemitraan antara pekebun dan Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) untuk meningkatkan daya tawar pekebun.<\/li>\n<li>meningkatkan pengetahuan petani dan penyuluh perkebunan kelapa sawit tentang budidaya pertanian yang baik melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan.<\/li>\n<li>pemetaan status legalitas lahan pertanian kelapa sawit.<\/li>\n<li>melaksanakan monitoring lansekap untuk mencegah kerusakan lahan &amp; mendorong jangka benah untuk mengatasi keterlanjuran penanaman sawit di wilayah hutan.<\/li>\n<li>meningkatkan koordinasi antara Pemkab\/kota dengan Kantor Agraria dan Tata Ruang\/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR\/BPN) untuk percepatan sertifikasi lahan perkebunan rakyat melalui optimalisasi program redistribusi lahan<\/li>\n<li>bertanggung jawab kepada ketua PMU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kriteria Kualifikasi <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pendidikan:<\/li>\n<li>Minimal memiliki gelar sarjana (S1\/D4) antara lain: Hukum, Agraria, Kehutanan, Pertanian, Geografi, atau bidang terkait lainnya.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman Kerja:<\/li>\n<li>Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang legalitas lahan, agraria, tata ruang, atau kehutanan, dengan fokus pada proyek atau program yang terkait dengan sektor agribisnis atau perkebunan.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman dalam pengelolaan data spasial, pemetaan lahan, dan manajemen basis data.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman dalam membina kemitraan antara petani dengan sektor swasta, khususnya dalam konteks perkebunan kelapa sawit.<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan dan Kompetensi:<\/li>\n<li>Pemahaman mendalam tentang regulasi hukum terkait agraria, pertanahan, perkebunan, dan kehutanan di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks perkebunan kelapa sawit.<\/li>\n<li>Pemahaman di bidang sistem pemantauan deforestasi, protocol penanganan, dan respon.<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan dalam analisis spasial dan pengelolaan data GIS untuk pemetaan dan analisis lahan.<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dengan Para pihak terutama terkait dengan legalitas lahan dan pendaftaran petani (STDB)<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat untuk memfasilitasi kemitraan antara pekebun dan perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit.<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan kegiatan monitoring lansekap serta kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi solusi terhadap tantangan legalitas lahan.<\/li>\n<li>Kepribadian dan Sikap Kerja:<\/li>\n<li>Berintegritas tinggi dan memiliki komitmen kuat terhadap prinsip-prinsip legalitas dan keberlanjutan.<\/li>\n<li>Proaktif, berorientasi pada solusi, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.<\/li>\n<li>Sikap kolaboratif dan kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat.<\/li>\n<li>Pengetahuan Khusus:<\/li>\n<li>Pemahaman tentang konsep \u201csatu peta satu data\u201d dan kemampuan untuk mengimplementasikannya dalam konteks perkebunan kelapa sawit.<\/li>\n<li>Pengetahuan mendalam tentang isu-isu keberlanjutan terkait dengan kelapa sawit dan praktik terbaik dalam manajemen lahan.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman dalam mengkoordinasikan upaya sertifikasi lahan dan pemahaman tentang program redistribusi lahan dan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) yang dikelola oleh pemerintah.<\/li>\n<li>Memahami konteks Gugus Tugas Reforma Agraria (GTRA) terkait akses reform dan asset reform<\/li>\n<li>Memahami proses pendaftaran lahan pekebun melalui surat tanda daftar untuk budidaya (STDB)<\/li>\n<li>Memahami proses perizinan usaha perkebunan (IUP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ <\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>English version:<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Job description <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the \u201cone map one data\u201d initiative through the data management (identification of data needs; regular data collection, analysis, and data utilization)<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating the implementation of Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) and Best Management Practice (BMP) based on land suitability<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating partnerships between smallholders and Palm Oil Mills (PKS) to increase the bargaining power of smallholders.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating the capacity building of farmers and oil palm extension officers on Good Agricultural Practices through training and mentoring.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating the mapping of legality status of palm oil plantations<\/li>\n<li>Supporting landscape monitoring to prevent land degradation &amp; promoting rehabilitation plan of palm-oil inside the protected areas.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating coordination improvement between province government with district\/city governments as well as with the Agrarian and Spatial Planning Office\/National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN) to accelerate land certification of smallholder plantations through optimization of the land redistribution program.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting to the head of the PMU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualification Criteria <\/p>\n<p>1. Education:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least have a bachelor&#8217;s degree (S1 \/ D4) including: Law, Agrarian, Forestry, Agriculture, Geography, or other related fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Work Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of working experience in land legality, agrarian, spatial planning, or forestry, with a focus on projects or programs related to the agribusiness or plantation sector.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in spatial data management, land mapping, and database management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in fostering partnerships between smallholders and the private sector, particularly in the context of oil palm plantations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth understanding of legal regulations related to agrarian, land, plantation, and forestry in Indonesia, particularly in the context of oil palm plantations.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with deforestation monitoring systems, response protocols, and responses.<\/li>\n<li>Skills in spatial analysis and GIS data management for land mapping and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills with stakeholders especially related to land legality and smallholder registration (STDB).<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills to facilitate partnerships between smallholders and oil palm plantation companies.<\/li>\n<li>Skills in planning and implementing landscape monitoring activities and ability to identify solutions to land legality challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.
